Email Campaigns
We will help you with your email marketing by:
- Providing access to reporting and management facilities
- Setting up each email list in your account
- Creating and sending each email campaign at a time chosen by you
Account Access
You will have access to full campaign reporting and list management facilities.- You can have as many lists as you need (e.g. you might choose to have one list for private individuals and another for your corporate clients)
- You can subscribe people onto your lists
- View detailed reports on subscriber lists and campaigns e.g.
- How many recipients opened the email
- How many clicked on a link
- Which links were clicked on
- How many unsubscribed
- How many forwarded the email to a friend
Email List Setup
For each of your email lists we will:- Provide the initial newsletter design. You can either
- Choose from one of our email templates or
- Let us create a custom design for you (recommended)
- Import your current email list (you need to provide it to us in CSV format)
- Add a subscription form to your website
- Integrate the list with our list management system
Email Campaign Broadcasts
Includes:- Updating the newsletter template with images and content
- A 'preview' send and a set of minor changes before final approval
- Sending the newsletter to your list at the time you specify
- You can start tracking the campaign once it has been sent
